Service Activities:
The Diabetes Awareness Champions are volunteers who hold stalls and talks on Type 2 Diabetes: the symptoms, risk factors and how you can reduce your risk. They cover Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. They can also do diabetes risk assessments!
